Concept Description:
Pillow Hugs is meant to connect people in a way that lets them share positive emotions and a sense of closeness to one another. Our project comprises of two pillows that “communicate” with one another via touch. When one pillow is hugged, it sends that information to a corresponding pillow. The corresponding pillow responds to the hug by emitting light patterns and soft vibrations to the holder of the pillow. The hug that was sent can then be reciprocated in the same manner as the initial hug was sent.
